Two years ago, in November of 2020 we started holding our zazenkais on Zoom. Zazenkai is a Japanese expression meaning ‘Zen meeting’. It is basically our version of One Day meditation retreat. Part of zazenkai’s schedule is a Dharma talk. These Dharma talks have been recorded and will be posted here on Substack.
